Here I'll discuss Windows gaming.

All of my favor points that I have been accumulating and working hard for unlocking favor items seem to have disappeared once I played an online multiplayer match.  I am very annoyed.  Is this by design that you MUST play online at the very beginning to ensure yhou don't lose any of your favor items and points?  ALso, all of my achievements are missing... I had quite a few achievements playing as Unclean Beast, and now I only have 2 in my list.

Can you blame me for being bitter right now?  Can ANYONE explain to me what's going on?

Let me clarify... I had been playing offline for a week (never once fired up the multiplayer game online prior), and now all of my hard work is gone.

new update and new parth?

same thing happened to me

Offline and Online favor points are accumulated separatedly so even if you play offline for weeks and then change to online games you would have 0 points on your online "account"

Hope that answered your question ^^

@ elchino

That can't be true.  There is only one listing when you check it and I have the same items bought and favor points to spend whether offline or online.

The real answer is that the newest patch seems to have messed it up for everyone, myself included.  After I downloaded the new patch today I lost all my favor points.

yup, it's not behaving as expected...  we are all fubared at this point... it feels like the offline mode won't switch back on after you go online...

Oh hum... should I have bought Dawn of War? I'd like to spend the time to learn Demigod, the game seems like it is alot of fun... but the technical issues are killing me.

I actually think it makes sense to have multiplayer and single player favor points seperate....

Seriously... are some of you people stupid? If you combine the two you can just noob rush easy difficulty tourny getting favor that way. No skill involved in that, sorry.

Seperating is good. It seperates the good and bad players online, rather than rewarding the players who sink more time into the game but suck. Skilled players would generally have more favor points, but not necessarily more hours played. Good thing.

It doesn't matter whether you THINK it should be seperate, elchino91 was stating that it was and I was correcting him because that's not true.  I don't think they actually should be seperate, partly because they aren't really that strong, for the most part.  They are the euivalent of a mid-level item out of the shop, except for a few of them.  A good player isn't going to lose to a bad player with a better favor item.
